  • We endeavour to exceed your expectations in every way possible.
  • In the interests of giving you the best possible evening’s entertainment the booth must not be positioned next to the sound system. The electronics can interfere with the booth and we need to be able to communicate with guests without the need to shout.
  • You must inform us if there are any ‘get In’ issues such as stairs or limited access etc. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to access the venue. Under these circumstances no refunds will be made.
  • Due to insurance and health and safety conditions children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the booth or se the mirror without an adult in attendance.
  • We reserve the right to work in a safe environment, if at any time our staff feel compromised or intimidated by the behaviour of guests or they feel the equipment may be in danger of damage, we reserve the right to immediate withdrawal from the event. No refund will be issued.
  • Damages, occurring to our equipment from behaviour, by the hirer or their guests will be compensated in full by the hirer. This includes any future loss of business arising out of the booth not being available for future bookings. .
  • We will take every effort to prevent loss or damage to any photo album being created during an event, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred by the guests from spillage or any other action.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the booth.
  • The deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation for whatever reason within 3 weeks of the event date by the hirer will result in the forfeit of the hire fee
  • We may offer the sale of keyrings to your guests at the cost of £3 and extra photo’s @ £1each
  • We will make every effort to deliver the equipment and service as agreed, however very occasionally it may be necessary to change equipment due to circumstances out of our control. This will not be deemed a breach of contract.
  • Start and finish times will be adhered to as agreed with the hirer. Any delays to the start time by the venue or booker will not influence the finish time. Extensions will be at the discretion of the operator. Any delays made by ourselves ie. Late arrival, technical issues etc etc will be added to the time at the end of the evening.
  • Any dissatisfaction of service provided by us must be made on the night, so we can attempt to rectify the situation.
  • It would be appreciated by the attendant if the booker agrees to supply refreshments for the booth operators when on site.
  • We have public liability insurance up to £5million.
  • All our equipment is PAC tested and up to date with all statutory requirements.
